This is the eldest son of John Mary, his namesake. His father was president of the Diputación de Guipúzcoa and then returned home to eat. Next to him was also killed José María, the driver of his official car, and Alfredo, Antonio and Luis Francisco, driver and police sub-inspectors who were in the escort car.
