say life is a continual desire to die, it may be a pessimistic view but it is not true?. We spend our whole life wanting something which in fact have no importance and that are coming?
When we are young we want to be older when We want to reach young adulthood, driving license, entering the album, get rid of the guardianship of parents, sex .... When we adults want children then grow to regain some freedom, later to become independent and have their own family. When you want hot and cold when it's hot it gets cold. And so a thousand examples, I think most of us have been here.
I usually say, stop, think, feel, act, but never lose the gift of discernment, you have to be installed in Being constantly, just so you can live fully and lose the fear of all losses, bad even moments death. The importance of things disappear and live the "here and now" knowing that alone is real.
There is a phrase I have always in mind that says Learning to do, do, teach to do and let do . How important it is to live in this order, I like it because we can translate by Learning to live, live, learning to live and let live . Most important perhaps is let live, always try to impose our ideas, our approach seems the best, do not let others go their own way, we believe that ours is the only or at least better. Each has its Dharma and has to pass for things other than our own, we are understanding and respectful to the way others walk.

What is the hardest thing in the world?

understand yourself
What is the easiest?
preach to others.
is said that when the student is ready the teacher appears and when the teacher displayed is prepared students. May have found our teacher, certainly yes, but remember that students come alone, does not give us the role of guru giving lessons here and there, silence is our greatest ally and as Gandhi said, "My life is my best message " , our lives become an example for those who would like to teach.
Namasté.
