José Luis Barrios Capetillo
killed by ETA in Santurce (Vizcaya).
José Luis worked in the San Jorge restaurant owned by his father. Around midnight of 16 to 17 September, a car with four men stopped at the entrance, two of them entered the room, one shot against Jose Luis and then fled. José Luis died in the move to the Hospital de Cruces.
His father was a councilor of PSE-PSOE. He was a militant socialist. He was married 34 years. ______
