Eugene Kent Brown
killed by ETA in Madrid.
Two days earlier, on September 9, Eugene was jogging through the street of the Republic Argentina. The explosion of a car bomb against a Civil Guard bus hit him straight. He was one of the 18 injured, including 16 civil guards. Joined the Red Cross Hospital, died early in the evening of day 11.
